Mixing machine

This mixing and kneading machine is used in Carbon plants, electrical carbon plants, aluminum plants etc. for producing graphitized cathode, carbon anode, electrode paste, anode paste and high purity graphite product etc. And it is also widely used for metallurgical industry.

This mixing blade appears ∑ shape, and the blade spreads according to the Archimedes spiral. The two blades are horizontally configured in parallel. When working, they are in opposite directions with different speeds. Compared with the common kneaders, the mixing blade in the middle has been partially shortened and the blade helix angle is larger, which would be better for the materials to flow in the axial direction; because of the larger blade diameter, the share force increases correspondingly, and the center distance between the two semi-column cavities is larger, leading to an increase of the volume below the mixing blade diameter by 12.5% and of the one-time charging amount of this machine and consequently an improvement of the productivity.
